Thank you for shopping at Richmond Hill Candle Co. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your candle. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please see our exchange policy below.
Conditions for Exchange
In order for our candles to be eligible for an exchange, they must have been delivered within 3 days of asking for a return and returned in their original packaging.
The following Goods cannot be returned/exchanged:
Items that were in a giveaway, contest, or any other type of event.
Items on sale.
Any discontinued or currently being discontinued items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
As a small business, no items can be refunded. Refunds can only be given for damaged products, orders that are fraudulent or have a high risk of being fraudulent. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if your reason was not listed but you feel that your order is eligible for a refund.
